Desooza send all parcels and packages by First Class Royal Mail. Because our product range is so diverse, we charge shipping based on the weight of your order, which fits in with the new UK postage system. Also your parcel may well require a signature on receipt - so you might want to send it to a works address - just specify this when you check out.

2000g - 5000g Standard Parcel - £9.50
5001g - 75000g packet - £12.50
These prices are the real cost of sending out your parcel using the best postage method to suit your parcel weight. This means that you can place repeat orders for a particular product that you like. The postage cost for a couple of bars of your favourite soap, or your favourite jumbo bath bomb will be £1.75p, where as a gift basket may cost £4.00p.
If your order is over £50.00 then we will post free of charge.
With all our orders we enclose samples of other items in our product range, from dead sea salts, handmade soaps and mini bath chill pills so you can use the products before deciding that they are so lush that you simply have to buy them!
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery from date of despatch.
European Shipping Charges
Of course our Worldwide customers get exactly the same high quality service - it just costs a little more! Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Surface Mail, and can take 2 weeks for Western European countries and 5 weeks for Eastern European countries.

Perfect Packaging
As you would expect from a small but established business, your order will be packed with as much loving care as we spend on crafting your handmade gift-baskets, handmade soaps and other luxury items. You can be sure that your order will reach you in tip top condition. We use lots of shredded paper to soften the journey of the sometimes 'exuberant' handling that can be dished out by our time-honoured and wonderful British Postman (or the Postal Service!!)
Out of Stock Items
Unfortunately on rare occasions (normally due to high demand!), we will be out of stock on an item. We always try to obtain stock within 7 days and will always keep you informed of your pending order as part of our service to you. We will dispatch your order on the same day that stock is received. You can be sure that it will be of the highest priority to us. Please allow 28 days for items out of stock.
Returns.
Desooza really do care about our customers, as much as we care about the georgous smelly stuff that we sell, through the internet and at craft fairs. Unfortunatly we are unable to except returns due to the very nature of the product. However - of course if your item is damaged, please return it to us and we will replace your product immediately.
That's another reason why we package our goods with such care. We don't like it when you are not happy with us, so we pull out all the stops, every last little reserve we have, to ensure that this emotion is not one that is caused by us!
